Got a email from recruiter to choose time for the first round. After a lot of follow, I didn’t receive anything from him. Finally caught him up on Linkedin and he said we won’t move forward with your application this time. Not sure what has changed or email he sent me was a by mistake? 😞 If you don’t want particular candidate to be in interview process the please don’t send an email. You’re indirectly playing with candidates emotions.
