Submitted an application via their website and was invited to an initial screening with a recruiter. Rejected via generic email template with no feedback whatsoever. I have almost a decade of content design experience and over half of that has been spent in financial services.

Nothing remotely challenging or technical, just very generic 'have you done x or y before' type questions. The sort of interview that reminds you most recruiters have no clue about the ins and outs of the jobs they hire for.

Entretien
I got through 4 out of 5 interviews. I appreciated that rather than having me do a test assignment, I was asked to do a deep dive into my portfolio. There's parity between Product Design and Content Design salaries which is rare. Overall the interviews gave me a good impression of the company
