The first interview was a screening round focused mainly on assessing my understanding of KYC processes and due diligence principles. The interviewer asked different questions to evaluate my experience, my practical knowledge and approach to compliance tasks.

Processo bom, fluido e organizado, só 4 etapas. Cv, testes, entrevista com rh e entrevista final. Todas as etapas foram em inglês então é um requisito obrigatório. Demoravam de me dar feedback de 3 a 5 dias, tudo por email.

The interview consists of scenario based questions, Process knowledge, and alignment with Culture. First you need to clear assessment along with recorded video in order to land interview. Recruiting coordinator was really helpful.

Entretien
The interview process took around a month. It was split in three stages : First stage was a self recording video + case assessments and logic exams. In case of approval, you would then move forward with an online interview with the recruiter. And in case you were approved, you would then be invited to the final interview with the recruiter and a member of the KYC team.
