I was reached out to for a phone screen with a recruiter. I did my research on the business, and even downloaded the app and explored it so I would be prepared to talk about it. The recruiter didn't ask me any questions about my knowledge of the company, or really speak about the company at all. After the interview, it was radio silence. No updates, no rejection, just silence. 2 months later I recieve an automated email (I am assuming) that is this recuriter introducing themself! I am leaving this review because I want to provide some constructive feedback. I feel like this recruiter is leaving a bad impression of the company. It's odd because I see there's so many positive reviews on here PLUS I loved what I saw on the website and app. So this recruiter just made me not want to work here. I hope someone sees this and works on improvements to the recruiting team. Thank you.

Question 1
Asked me about my experience with customer journeys.
Even though I didn’t get offered the role, it was a really positive recruitment process. There were quick turnarounds, in depth interviews (be prepared to get grilled), and the team members I spoke to were all welcoming. One thing that really stood out to me is the option for a feedback call. Most recruiters ghost these days so that was really refreshing.

I did not apply for CRM manager. I applied for Senior CRM manager, but they invited me for an interview for the lower-level role. It was not raised by the recruiter until I raised it and the response was "Yeah, we will see who qualifies for the senior role during interviews".
This is so disrespectful coming from an established company.
