The interview is done over the phone. It'll last up to 30 minutes. Make sure you are know enough about baseball. By that I mean you should know about the Brewers and the Timber Rattlers. A good knowledge of baseball terms and statistics is helpful as well. If you don't know much about baseball, then this isn't a job for you.
