I met with several people to discuss the role. They asked about my experience as a trainer, and my certifications that i had. It wasn't much different from any other interview. I wasn't asked to provide a workout, but was given some scenarios to deal with.

A client is saying that they have some pain in the lower back area. How would you address this.

Entretien
Easy, personable, needs experience/background in training. They will essentially look at your resume and ask questions from that. You also have to put employee through a workout. It was very easy if you were previously a trainer or have at least 1 year of exp.

Entretien
I submitted my resume online and was contacted by a Fitness Director from a specific location within the company. After I went in for the initial interview, I was brought back for a physical interview. During that interview I put one of the lead personal trainers through a workout.
