I started off with a polite, if sparse in information, phone conversation with the Wireless Generation recruiter. Then, I had a 30 minute phone interview with a senior project manager, which consisted of a few background questions, and then some scenario-based questions (eg. give me an example where...). After a few days of consideration, they scheduled me for a 3-hour in-person interview where I met with an experienced software engineer, the director of the department, and two senior project managers (for a simulation-style interview). The simulation was quite challenging, but rewarding in the sense that you got a feel for how things work, and it's way more thoughtful than having a barrage of people asking the same questions over and over again.

Initially, I was contacted by their HR recruiter in respect to my resume on a job posting site. Was questioned on my background, education, certication and the types of projects I worked on. I was setup with a phone interview, where the Sr. Project Manager asked me about my people skills and to describe situations in which I was wrong and the other party was right. I was not asked about project management skills per se. The direction of the interview was unfocused and I was unsure of how to close out the experience.

I was contacted by an HR representative, who asked to schedule a phone interview. He was extremely friendly and asked a lot of general questions about background and experience. He also gave me a lot of helpful information about the company and culture, which was appreciated. In the end, it turned out that there was not yet a position budgeted that they were hiring for, which was disappointing, but we agreed to keep in touch as he hoped to be actively recruiting soon.

Phone interview was set up. Some one from product management called me and asked about my skills, background and other information. Interview went well even though I did not find a quiet place since I was at work.
