I applied for a market manager position based on prior work experience I was pretty positive I would be a suitable fit. I made several email exchanges before having a sit down interview with a market director. All of the exchange was a typical interview set up, no psych tests, or personality exams ect. There where several phone exchanges after this to discuss if we could reach a mutual agreement on the position and salary terms.
