VERY EASY, the company has a HUGE turn around rate, I only had to show up to the interview on time. Always under staffed so if your qualified for the position, and the manager thinks that you will fit with the rest of the team your in.
There were 2 interview stages, one was done virtually with the higher up managers and one was done in person at the Costco location I had applied to. All the questions were pretty typical and the process was not difficult.

Basic interview for a starting job. Done in the costco food court. Basic questions. As long as you dress decent, and have half a brain you should be good to go.

Really basic phone interview and then a sit down interview that was more of a formality. They are really not picky at all with who they hire as I found out what kind of people they were hiring as my coworkers. Not impressed.
