It was a strange interview — almost felt like a backdoor process was in play. The interviewee seemed completely unprepared and clueless about the role. It was frustrating to sit through, and honestly, it felt like a waste of time. There was no clear value or direction in their responses, which made the whole experience feel off.

2. “We just need to do this interview for formality — when can you join?”
3. “What do you think this role is about?”
4. “Have you used any of the tools listed in the job description?”
5. “Tell us about a recent project.”
Good process with three levels of interview L1 technical, L2 technical + managerial and then HR discussion. The role was for a Java Developer with SBI client. The question difficulty was easy to moderate.

Entretien
Interview process was very smooth, there were four rounds, first two rounds were technical and the third round was client round. Last one was HR discussion. Interviewers were very nice, they were very clear about what they need from you.
