Application & Resume Shortlisting:
The process begins with submitting your resume through the company portal or referral. The HR team screens applications based on skills, experience (e.g., SAP, AR, MDM), and role relevance.
HR/Recruiter Screening Round:
A recruiter or HR representative will contact you to discuss your background, current and expected CTC, notice period, reason for job change, and role fit. They may also give a brief overview of the company and role.
Technical/Operational Interview (1–2 Rounds):
You’ll be interviewed by a finance or process lead. This round focuses on
The selection process consists of three rounds. Two face-to-face interviews focus on your introduction, past work experience, and how you handled challenges, while also evaluating communication and confidence. The final round is an exam that tests your role-related knowledge, problem-solving ability, and overall suitability for the position.
Application process, preliminary call, shortlisting, interview, technical interbiew, hr call, salary negotiation , final round call with senior manager or directors team , then final salary call again. So it went pretty well.
Very descriptive but interesting, They made us feel comfortable as well. Good Environment and good interview mechanism, structure is great - very well organized and very professional. 4 rounds and good structure
