Entretien
The interview process was structured and professional.
It started with an initial HR screening call to understand my background, experience, and notice period. After that, I was given a short design assignment to test my skills and creativity. The final round was a one-on-one video interview with the design lead, where we discussed my portfolio, design decisions, and problem-solving approach.
Overall, the process was smooth, transparent, and completed within a week. Communication from HR was clear and timely throughout.

They asked me to explain the reasoning behind a specific design decision in my portfolio — why I chose a particular layout, color scheme, and interaction pattern, and how it impacted user experience. They were more interested in the thought process than just the visual output.
First, there was an L1 discussion with the panel, and then they emailed you a test. We had two hours to complete it, and they expected us to provide complete case studies with appropriate solutions based on our assumptions.
If the feedback is unfavourable, HR won't contact you or won't let you know how the interview went.
