It was through referral. HR and Interview team kept me very informed and keep me comfortable. It was 4 round technical and 1 round of HR. First two rounds were taken from managers in India. Other two rounds taken from onsite directors.

Total 2 rounds. First with Program Manager and then with Delivery managers >HR round > Bagroud vferification > offere release Articulating your experience well and showing confidence and showcasing excellent communication skill will be advantage. be specific and explan with details

Entretien
Very straightforward interview process, considering we were under lockdown rules.
A telephone call with a recruiter was followed up with a Teams call with the hiring manager, who described the roll and culture of the company.
I was then given a scenario for a presentation, and displayed this at a 3rd interview which was a group (3 individuals) and answered their questions on another teams call.
