It was a 2 stage interview process. Initial phone interview where I was questioned my history, outlook on design in general, and also my inspiration etc. This was with two of the leaders within the department. Stage 2 was a face to face interview with an other senior leader and my line manager. Here we spoke about my process and ways of working. The interviewer gave me a deeper insight into the department and the type of work I would be doing. Overall it was a pretty generic process.
