first stage was Face to face interview which was questions on resume and technical questions and the second round was skype interview with higher management. After both the rounds they gave offer
Good process with three levels of interview L1 technical, L2 technical + managerial and then HR discussion. The role was for a Java Developer with SBI client. The question difficulty was easy to moderate.

Interview process was very smooth, there were four rounds, first two rounds were technical and the third round was client round. Last one was HR discussion. Interviewers were very nice, they were very clear about what they need from you.
