Interview process was very fair & reasonable. There was multiple round of Interview. First it was HR, followed by Senior Manager round & Project lead.Finally it was about salary discussion with HR.

The interview process consists of multiple rounds.
Round 1 is the Versant Test, which includes Listening, Reading, and Writing assessments to evaluate communication skills.
Candidates who qualify Round 1 will move to the next rounds such as Technical Round, where programming, SQL, and problem-solving skills are tested.
After that, there will be an HR/Managerial Round, where communication, attitude, and role suitability will be evaluated.
Finally, selected candidates will receive the offer based on overall performance.
