Le processus a pris 6 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wipro

Pros:
===
Initial interactions with the direct Hiring Manager and Global Leadership were professional, insightful, and intellectually stimulating.
The scope of the role (TMT Consulting) was interesting and well-defined during the early stages.
There are clearly smart, capable people within the leadership team who understand the consulting landscape.
Cons:
===
Extreme Duration: The process dragged on for over 6 months with long periods of radio silence between rounds.
Internal Misalignment: There is a significant disconnect between global hiring managers and regional stakeholders. While the Hiring Manager validated my strategic/consulting fit, a regional stakeholder later blocked the process based on a rigid, superficial assessment of my background (labeling me "delivery-focused" despite 10+ years of consulting / advisory work), effectively overruling the hiring manager.
Ghosting: After a 6-month investment of time and energy, communication simply stopped. Despite reaching out directly to the hiring manager to clarify the internal misunderstanding, I received no response/closure.
Matrix Complexity: The decision-making process seems paralyzed by internal politics, where one dissenting voice can freeze a hire regardless of the hiring manager's preference.

Question 1
How would you approach a new client where we don't have consulting presence / engagement?

True Management Consulting Professionals BEWARE. This organization is at best disingenuous and at least fraudulent. I have been approached three time over the last several months by Wipro “ In House” Recruiters judging my interest in speaking with them regarding three Consulting Partner Opportunities. Each time I have spent numerous hours speaking with both on shore and off shore members of the Wipro Consulting Organization. After devoting my time and energy to these discussions, I received no feed back to the status of these pro ported roles other then excuses as to why the roles were not filled (Internal Reorganization’s, Lack of Funding or no feed back at all) These discussions were not interviews as much as Wipro using my time to educate there teams on the state of the US Consulting market space and a thinly veiled attempt to poach my current clients. A specific reference to their lack of professionalism can be demonstrated by the case of a published position description for “Consulting Partner Head of Life Sciences” where there is no mention of Life Sciences skills but references numerous times a need for expertise in the “Utilities Industries: Electricity, Gas and Water clients” (Clearly a bad case of cut and paste from another position). As stated by earlier reviewers Wipro has no measurable true consulting skills or deliverables other then a third rate BPO business model. My advice to true Management Consulting Professionals avoid this organization. If there interview process is a measure of their Consulting Skills/ Client deliverables they are now and will continue to be a low end BPO organization masquerading as a professional services firm.
