I went to office for 20 minute interview. The meeting was 1:1 and so I had enough time to ask questions. The recruiter kindly answered to all my questions. After the interview I submitted three references

Entretien
One of the managers scheduled a phone interview with me. She asked me to introduce myself and the reason I want to intern there. It was around half an hour but I sent many emails to follow up because I applied really early and they didn't make the decision until 3 months later.

Entretien
I cold emailed them for interview sending my resume as well, and heard back within a week for a phone call. Really simple phone call and was given internship within a week.
