There are 3 stages to Winmark's Interview Process.
-First stage interview is over the phone, that is usually 15-20 minutes conversation when we obtain basic information such as required notice period or what are you looking for in the next role. If successful you will be asked to complete a 15 minutes personality test and invited to the next stage.
-Second stage interview takes around 45 minutes at our London offices and consists of competency based questions. It is conducted by a Line Manager and a senior member of the team. During this interview we assess your general qualifications and aptitude for the role, it gives us the chance to explore yours traits and working style to really get a sense for what would our working relationship look like.
-If successful you will instantly pass to the third stage that takes place on the same day with our CEO and Hiring Manager and shouldn't be longer than 30 minutes. This stage involves assessing you for culture fit and how would you fit in with existing team members.
3 stages process might seem extensive; however, hiring the right person for the job is crucial for our business and culture. Winmark's Interview process is effective and provides candidates with positive experience.
