2 stage interview with management team a lot of questions about personal life. Offer made via phone, had to negotiate as they low balled the originally offer after I declined. Came back with another offer that was still lower than what I was earning. Nearly didn't take the third offer, but it met wit my expectation which were made clear at the beginning of the process and during each interview stage.
