The recruiter trying to set up the phone screen was very disorganized. She forgot to set up interviews and wasn't following our scheduled times. Once I got past the phone screen I had two more rounds of interviews. Both employees seemed competent. I thought it went really well. Sent my thank you letters. I was expecting an offer. I followed up a week later after no response told I would know the following day. Because there was a response so quickly, I assumed I would be getting an offer. No offer came the following day. A few days later I did receive an automated notice that I did not receive the position. If I make it to the final round of interviews I do expect a personal email. The whole thing seems like a hot mess and salary was never discussed. Based on glassdoors prediction I did feel it was going to be a lowball offer.
