I first had a over the phone interview and then got asked to come in for an in person interview on a different day. It was about 20 minutes and I got hired on the spot

In-person interview with a store manager where you will be required to discuss your ability to do typical role duties.
You are required to complete an online testing and provide safe serve validation.

Quick casual interview, with behavioural questions. Like how you would deal with different scenarios? Greatest strength ? What is your weakness? Things along those lines. Overall it wasn’t too tough.
