Interview was straightforward, you will be asked about past experiences, ideas on how to expand the business, and usual ecommerce know-hows. The process was not very structured though, and at the end of it you leave feeling like they are just there to fish for ideas on how to grow their ecommerce arm, with no real intention to offer.
