Aptitude Assessment:

Technical and Behavioral Interview:
The interview will consist of both technical and behavioral questions.
The technical segment will focus on evaluating the candidate’s knowledge and experience in the fenestration industry.
The behavioral segment will assess interpersonal skills, problem-solving approach, and adaptability, with questions based on the candidate’s resume and industrial experience.
