I’m so disappointed. I started applying to Willow Bridge back in February, it’s now June and after 4 interviews, nothing. I’m completely qualified for the position (I’ve been told this by property managers to my face) and still nothing. The thing that gets me the most is that I have never once received a rejection. After 4 interviews and being told “this is great! We’ll be in touch by the end of the week!” I get ghosted. Willow Bridge has zero respect for the time and effort their applicants put into the process. Even an automated rejection email would be better than silence. Do better.

I had a phone interview a month after applying. The interview was just the lady talking about how the job was and that she had not done any interviews for eight years. I was mostly listening about how the job was and had very few questions to answer. I made an in person interview which I had walked in and the office was very messy and she had a hard time finding my resume. She complained the whole interview about being hungry. I had asked if she wanted to do it later so she could eat but said the interview was ok to do. And talked the whole time about how the job was hard and that she was not able to do it. I tried to talk but she just talked over me. I would say that she was not professional and that this position is going to be hard with such a messy office. I would not recommend doing an interview here. They also do not plow their parking lot at all and it gets very icy.

A very enjoyable 2 hour interview, like talking to friends. Discussed Previous work experience as a property manager. Learning about multi family corporate management. and how it differed from private property management.
