Willmeng's interview process typically includes phone screenings, with the HR, in-person interviews with hiring managers and team members, technical assessments, and possibly a final interview with senior management (Which I did not progress to).

After applying online, I connected with company representatives at a college career fair. While I had a successful interview with HR previously, there were no internship openings at that time, and the HR representative I interviewed with has since moved to a different company. I recently had a phone interview with another HR representative for this role.

Had to complete two personality tests online. Then an online interview with HR, which then moved onto an interview with two people in the management who checked my skills and fundamentals, such as reading layouts, etc. Then proceeded to a final interview with the head of HR.
