I applied a few years back but I had a recruiter call and ask some initial questions about my qualifications and computer skills. Pretty basic stuff. Followed up by a call for an interview in the office which you go into the front desk and they take you to the manager/account you will be interviewing with, the manager asked some questions about work experience and computer skills. Then I needed to take an assessment on Powerpoint which I could have come back to take but I opted to just take it right then and I think I had 4 hours to complete it. It wasn't very difficult and they weren't looking for perfect, just someone who generally knew what they were doing.
