I was contacted via an agency. The first interview was via Skype.
The second step was some tests the classical algorithmic test .
The final step was an online technical interview with the Lead Developer from Gibraltar
The last step was very unprofessional and I didn't even get an fair chance.

Took 2+ Months, 3 Phone interviews, 1 Skype and 1 day in Gibraltar. No offer or contact since then. I wouldn't recommend, it's a really long process and no information provided.
