Easy interview with knowledge of some sports required to be able to at least talk to customers about it. Took around an hour to conclude but the interview was basic questions about how you deal with situations

Say you want progression (even though its not actually possible) and just don't say anything stupid and you will likely get the job. The will literally hire anyone who is not a convicted criminal

The interview process is extremely informal, laidback and for me unorganised. It begins with an online application where you complete a scenario based questionnaire to determine your suitability for the role. Simply think about how they would and wouldn't want you to act in each situation and it should be a breeze. Very soon after submitting this you will receive an invitation to book in a telephone interview. Again this is a simple proceedure, you get asked a few questions about your personal situation like when you can work, why you left your previous employer, if you had one, ect. Then something like, what do you think can bring to this company. Honestly they must do ridiculous amounts of these a day, it was very scripted, the fact that I had an answer seemed to suffice let alone what I actually said, I wasn't told to elaborate on anything. The call lasted literally 6 minutes and finished with me booking in a face to face interview for the following week. The process at this point takes a turn for the farcical. When I arrived for my face to face at the time and location the staff were clueless about a potential interview taking place, a manager arrived in the shop and claimed they wasn't interviewing for another few days so they'd head upstairs and find out was happening. 5 minutes into my scheduled interview time I received a call from recruitment saying "I think we might have to reschedule your Interview", yep cheers for that one. The manager never returned to the shop floor, obviously didn't want to tell me themself so got recruitment to call me up while I was still sitting there in the shop waiting, the irony arising from this situation considering I was there for a costumer service interview... Anyway I needed a job so this wouldn't deter me from returning for the rescheduled date. I waited for about 25 minutes before being seen, I sat with one manager, they had clearly squeezed me in with little time at short notice. There wasnt really an interview setup, the manger had clearly never seen my cv or application or anything of that nature. We just chatted for a bit, they were very nice. I had prepared for all possible generic interview questions, looked into the company's values and what they stand for, however nothing about the company itself or why I want to work for it came up. Just a few questions straight from any generic interview question list really with a emphasis towards costumer service. Basic preparations i.e. looking at potential questions and thinking about how you'd answer them so you're not put on the spot will do perfectly. The only 5 questions I got asked are listed below.

      Questions d'entretien [5]

So what have you been doing up until this point?
