Entretien
Two interviews with two different partners. Arranged via recruiter. None of the partners had read my CV very closely. More of a "get to know you" chat. Felt second interview went better than first and was more or less told I was going to get an offer, but was subsequently told there was no suitable role for my skills at the moment, but they would look at me again in 12 months. Felt a bit messed around.

I had two interviews with partners in the relevant team, one remote with two partners and one in person with the head of the team. Overall the interviews were very fair and generally focused on my experience and skills and how I would be a good fit for the team. The second round interview was more of a casual conversation with the head of the team about my CV and I received an offer shortly after.
