Phone screening was super simple- just a regular conversation about who I was and my experience in college so far. Interview was also very straightforward, very behavioral, TMAY, strengths and weaknesses, tell me about a time when, etc. Interviewer was nice but did not seem super interested in interviewing (I'm fairly certain she was an analyst). Was expecting more questions about asset allocations or market questions but there was none.
