The interview took approximately 2h 30mins. It was exhaustive but it's understandable. The Wiley Wilson team wants to find a candidate that fits right in with the company's culture. I was interviewed by the hiring manager plus five other Engineers (with varying experiences) from different offices. The interview was conducted remotely through WebEx due to the current climate of covid. The Wiley Wilson team spent a great deal asking a lot of behavioral questions. They were light on technical questions but did ask questions regarding my project experience. The office that I would have joined did a lot of government-type projects which was great. Overall, seems like a great company to work for. Each interviewer tried to sell the ESOP aspect of the company. Seems like a good benefit to have.
