The first interview took several hours with the District Manager. She really liked my background and skills set and quickly moved me to the other multiple phases of the interview process including 3 seperate interviews with the Regional Director, a sales rep ride-along, a personality assessment test and another interview with a field rep. a full day on campus completing an online project, and After ALL of that, I was never called back or contacted by anyone. I was told I was a top candidate and zip, zero zilch-- I didnt even receive a "rejection email"...To this day, I don't get it.
