Applied, contacted by an agency 2 months later without receiving word along the way. Went for an interview 1 week later, was offered the job 1 week later. Not a well-oiled process at the start by the looks of it. The people I met made up for it though they are now gone with the restructuring that has been going on. Long and engaging interview with interesting questions about what you can bring to the role, not just a run of the mill "tell us a time when you were xx, followed by silence or looking down to jot things down", followed by a writing test.
