Hired through agency. Pretty straightforward and they didn’t ask very many questions. They did not check references either. I was surprised I was hired. I sincerely wished I hadn’t taken the job. It was a nightmare wrapped in hell mixed with absolutely never wanting to work there again. Not even if they doubled the pay.
