The interview questions were relatively straightforward and competency based. It was explained that the process would involve multiple stages with different stakeholders, including the Vice President, members of the team, and the hiring manager. The interview itself went very well in my opinion, and I felt confident I would progress to the next stage, as I was informed that my application would be passed on and that I would be contacted with next steps. However, I did not hear back within the expected timeframe. After following up, I received a generic rejection email without detailed feedback.
