1. 30 min. Interview with recruiter to discuss general job description and potential fit. Salary range was disclosed. 2. 30 minute interview with Lead BA. Typical interview with average questions. 3. Take home test- given 4 days to complete once received. Asked how I would go about determining issues in current financial system and how to improve it. Had to be max 3 pages. 4. Final interview with reporting manager and another manager. Both asked equivalent amount of questions. Slightly difficult. 5. Rejection. I had to email to follow up about my candidacy to know I wasn’t selected. The recruiter included the reason for not being chosen and gave good feedback. I love the mission of the org so I would do it all over again.
