Was invited to interview via an external Recruiter (who was excellent throughout the process) at the Watford HQ. Had to prepare a SWOT on a store prior to the meeting which I did. Arrived at the appointed time to find the interviewer I was briefed on was not doing the interview. After a bit of confusion the front desk finally found out another colleague was interviewing instead. I was kept waiting for 30 mins from arrival until I was seen with no real apology. Sat down with a Regional Manager & HR - 30 mins on my CV going through previous roles, before ignoring 2 most recent, & relevant roles, to skip through the SWOT in 10 mins, before I was outside feeling rather deflated at the whole episode. Whole interview felt rushed & they didn't really want to be there, or perhaps were behind time for the day. Really poor experience considering it was a Store Manager interview. Unfortunately the experience, & levels of staff/customer engagement I saw on my Store visits seems to reflect on my HQ experience.
