Interviewer rescheduled my initial interview with 15 minutes notice. I didn't necessarily mind, however when I virtually attended the rescheduled interview 2 days later, they were late. Typically a non-issue for me with some small acknowledgement, but they never apologized for being late, or thanking me for my flexibility in rescheduling the first time. This said to me that they were not likely to value my time as an employee whilst expecting leniency on their part, because their time was valuable. I did not get a good impression of this company by this interviewer at all.
