The interview process was surprisingly straightforward this time. Unlike my previous experiences, where I typically faced a panel of two to three interviewers, I only had one person conducting the interview. This made the atmosphere feel more relaxed and allowed for a more personal interaction. The interviewer, who was very engaging, asked me a variety of questions that gave me an opportunity to showcase my skills and experiences effectively.
Talking about your past experiences, and answering some situational questions related to the job. How you dealt with conflicts with coworkers and with customers, and how you resolved it. Pretty short and easy questions.

Relaxed interview process, hanged out in front of the store and answered questions. Offered a position on the spot and discussed benefits and next steps. Must be willing to work at least one weekend day a week.
The interview last about 30 minutes and I met with 3 people. They asked about my personal life, professional experiences, and talked a lot about the atmosphere of the store.
