The head interviewer is extremely nice and professional and is probably the reason whitney even gets employees in the first place. The interview is easy and they basically act like they aren't going to hire you but are so short staffed that they probably will. They ask about experience, as to generate an estimated salary for you and are often over-estimating to make you want to work there.
