The interview process is pretty standard - typical questions about experience, a few technical questions, questions about career goals, etc. The only unique thing WRA does is they bring in young engineers to interview you too (I imagine this isn't the case for more senior positions) First you interview with your group's VPs, then you interview with 2 younger engineers, then you get walked around to meet everyone and see the office. I was told my interview was shorter than normal, and I was still there for 2-3 hours. I was extended an offer of my desired salary, and I accepted.
The hiring process is also pretty typical. The only down side is that WRA won't extend an offer until your background check is complete, which takes a little time. If you have a pending offer from another firm as I did, that can make for some difficult decisions.

I had an interview with 4 different people in total. I'm in the process of receiving an offer. They wanted to know why I wanted to leave my current position.

It was very lengthy, about 3 hours. Shows the company really invests their time in finding good candidates, so I appreciated that. They give you a tour around the office and you get to meet every person in the department you are interviewing for. You sit down with the heads of your department to discuss your career goals and overall interest. Interview more of a conversation and less of cliche interview questions which I liked very much.
