There are two rounds of interviews. One with an upper manager, the next with the manager you will be working with. They are looking to identify your willingness to learn. They do not focus on your work experience in construction, but it is an added plus.

It was pretty simple, all they were asking was about previous experience questions and asking why interested in the company and industry, definitely judge you on your personality and public speaking.
