phone interview was the first part of the process just asking behavioral type questions. second interview is in-place with one of the regional managers who will vet the candidate to make sure they are a good fit and will figure out where to place the candidate if hired.

Multiple rounds in the same day. They take you to lunch and do a jobsite tour. Met with a bunch of different people and it was a really cool interactive experience.

They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.
