J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez WhiteHat Security (Santa Clara, CA)
Entretien
I was interviewed in two segments. The first segment consisted of three people asking me various low level technical questions based on a study guide that was given to me prior to the interview (with about a week to prepare). The second was a single person who went more in depth on some of those topics. These questions were primarily focused around cross site scripting and SQL injection and how to test web applications for them.

I was asked to explain the difference between Insufficient Authentication and Insufficient Authorization. In the process, I managed to confuse the person asking the question by giving obscure examples.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez WhiteHat Security en juil. 2014
Entretien
Was contacted by recruiter, had an initial phone screen, and then an onsite. Onsite had to be delayed for 2 weeks because hiring team took a long vacation. When the interview was finally scheduled, it was about 2 hrs, they email you a doc file with a link to a URL that lists the threats and web security issues that they expect you to fully comprehend. Interviewers acted pretentious and snobby and were not very helpful during the process.
Pay was a strict 40k for the Santa Clara office, which is absurdly below market value. I'm not sure who would want to work for these people.
