I have applied online and receive a phone call in 2 days setting up a telephone interview. The initial phone interview was for about 15 minutes asking basic technical information and previous job experience. Then comes a PI test and a PLI assessment. PI test is mainly about personality and how other views your and the PLI test on logic, arithmetic and English vocabulary. The final interview is a written technical interview with the senior developer mainly about J2EE. The entire process took about 2 weeks.
