Initial Personality Tests. Then an interview in Office. The In person interview started by discussing previous experience. Technologies used. Challenges faced. Then the interviewer introduced the company and the technologies they focus on. This was followed by a coding challenge involving coreJava, JDBC and SQL which was pretty basic. However the test was written which seemed pretty unprofessional for a Developing role. The description was vague as well.
