Applied online and got a phone call to invite me for an interview. Spoke about previous professional experience and a bit of a general chat about personality. Took place in the back of the store with the store manager. Overall was a nice experience.

Is there something you'd like to achieve personally in the next 5 years?
Phone call interview to ask about experience, availability, why you applied etc then followed by in person interview with manager (around 20-30 minutes depending on the interviewer)
Then they call you in a week or even earlier if you got the role or not

Entretien
First had a telephone call with the SM then was invited for a in-store interview where I met the team and looked around the store. It was quite informal as the interview felt more like an chat which I loved. Manager was very friendly and easy to talk too.

Tell me about your self and why did you want this role? What is your management style like?
Hired internally so felt like a natural progression to supervisor. Standard interview questions similar to those for Sales Advisor but with more emphasis on managing other people. Overall good process.
