I spoke with a recruiter who let me know I was already moving forward to the next stage if I was interested. Quickly got scheduled via a coordinator with the hiring manager and another leader. All conversations went well but felt short since we had to start with basic introductions each time (hard 30 minutes). Multiple thank you messages and requests from me asking for updates were ignored for 2 weeks before I got a standard rejection. My request for feedback on how I could be a better fit in the future went ignored, and now I see that the job has been reposted. If this is an indication of how they communicate with employees, then maybe I dodged a bullet.
