Question 1
It wasn't a specific question, but it seemed to be a round robin of the same question worded different ways. Bottom line is... come with a list of examples of things you have done in the past that demonstrates your strengths in a number of differing capacities.

Casual conversation with gentleman who made sure I knew he was a "Director." After the 7th time of him mentioning he was a Director, I stopped counting. They wanted me to put on some super clunky steel toe shoe attachments that would have been more dangerous to walk with than walking the floor with normal shoes. Standard questions, nothing exciting. Alarming that they require associates to "raise their hand" on the line when they need to use the restroom. Huge red flag and something I wouldn't want to be a part of regardless if an offer was made. The Director kept stating how much he really liked me, yadda yadda, but then I was completely ghosted.
